Support Consolidation
TheAnimalNet.com will now be the Support Center for all of the properties within the network. This includes the Shelters pages of TheAnimalNet.com, and the 80 global PetNet sites, CritterBytes.com, and various others as they come online.
This was necessary in order to better streamline the response rates, as well as give all clients and customers access to a more comprehensive Knowledge Base, a centralized Announcement Center, and tracking system.
This should eliminate a lot of the confusion some may have had as to where their support requests and questions were going to, and from where the responses were coming from.
